Morning Ritual – Lemon Water Magic
"Through discipline comes freedom." -Aristotle
Morning Rituals are the perfect time to start your day off right. Each day is another opportunity to experience our Best Life! The morning is very important. It is the foundation for the rest of the day.
When we have rituals in place, it makes it easier to stay on track. If we do not feel our best, the ritual will help to keep our momentum going. When done many times, they take on a life & consciousness of their own. In this way, the ritual has the structure, guidance & foundation in place for us to receive what we need. We just have to show up.
Adding simple energy techniques with water, is a very powerful way to accelerate Morning Magic! Water itself is the open canvas waiting to be created. The Amazing Japanese Scientist, Masaru Emoto has opened the eyes of the world to magnificence of water. Years of research with different techniques of freezing, sound, words, intention, photography; show the many beautiful faces of water.
Healthy, happy clean water is seen as snowflake geometries. The water shows balance, harmony, structure, radiance & beauty. Masaru Emoto has compared many different samples. Water from Lake Titicaca in Peru looks very different than water from the Fountain of Lourdes in France. The words in water; “I can do it" differ greatly from “I can’t do it”.
His research shows that water also holds memory, history & is programable!
The human body is comprised of mostly water; about 60% & more. We are programable & can use the water we drink every day, to help manifest the body & life we desire.
Adding fresh lemon juice to the morning water, is a powerful wellness boost. The lemon water alkalizes the body, flushes out toxins, is filled with vitamins & minerals. Also, it tastes great! The lemon will fortify teeth, bones & organs. Lemon will support skin & hair radiance. Lemon will heal the entire body.
To receive the most benefits of the lemon water, drink 12-32 oz. first thing. Do not over-heat the water. Room temperature or just slightly warm is best. However, warm & hot lemon water still have many benefits - and feels great on those chilly mornings.
Create a special water altar. Using selenite & shungite enhances harmony & clarity. Adding in other crystals, plants, pictures of sacred geometry, suncatchers, further enhance the altar. Perhaps the crystals surround a piece of wood or ceramic coaster, to rest your glass upon.
The crystals, high frequency pictures & plants, will all do their own programing for your water. With your intentions, guide the process & be the Programmer. These techniques are great ways to program your water ~ use the ones that call to you.
- Place your hands on or around your glass
- Hold the glass to your heart
- Hands in prayer pose with eye gaze focus
- Mountain pose
- Eyes closed with inner vision
Now it is time to bless & program the water. As you do this, the crystals around the altar will be programed also & magnify your intentions. As record keepers, crystals will hold the information & be ready for the next use. The energy of the altar will exponentially grow overtime with each use.
When programing your water, Trust your Intuition & Guidance. Some days it may feel good to be very exact around the intentions. Other times, let your Higher Presence come in & bless the water ~ with the Highest Level Good for you at this time.
You can program the water with:
- Divine Genius & Intelligence
- Dreams & Desires
- Youthing Ageless Radiance
- Health, Beauty & Emotions
- Abundance & Prosperity
- Grace & Ease, with the Highest Level Good for All
Mix it up & enjoy these few moments.
- Use Your “I Am Statements”
- Speak, Sing & Tone
- Be an Open Portal
- Let Silence & Stillness be Your Guide
It does not take long. A minute or two will create a platform of Wellness & Confidence for the entire day. Days become years & small seeds of Intentions become Beautiful Gardens & Orchards!
So cut that lemon in half, stick it with a fork, squeeze & let the juice of Golden Sunlight bless your life.
Be inspired by the Power of Water. Enjoy the pictures from Masaru Emoto’s work!
